Exchange Rule for Regular Retail Customer:
We allow exhange within 30 days after receiving orders for our Regular Retail  Customer.
However, there will not be any refund at anytime.

Exchange Rule for Wholesale Customer:
We do not allow exchange or refund for wholesale orders.  All sales are final.  If the  items are damaged during the transporation, you must contact the shipping company for a claim.
Claim must be filed by the receiver to the shipping company.
